I'm a graduate!
Wow. I haven't updated this thing in awhile. A ton of stuff has happened. Most crucial - I got me a degree! Yup, this girl is now a graduate of Mahidol University International College. It's was exciting, but sorta anticlimatic, considering I'm already a grad student. Still, the ceremony was nice (despite having to wake up at four in the morning for a 5:30 roll call) and as is the Thai university tradition (for Mahidol anyway), I received my diploma from a member of the royal family. Totally cool. Right now I'm freaking out about my term papers - I have two that have to be done and I haven't got a topic for either. Plus, I have a linguistics exam this coming Thursday. So, I'm immersed in that. Have to run now.
Final thought: Oh, to be young and carefree again... :P
